We deliver jewellery around Australia and take care to inspect and ensure orders are in perfect condition. All our pieces are carefully packed against an Undying & Wild backing card in our signature natural U&W cotton pouch. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances in which your piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Your order will be dispatched from Melbourne within 3 business days from the date of order.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders (5-7 business days). If you want to receive your order in 1-3 business days, we offer a $5 flat rate, for DOMESTIC EXPRESS within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: we do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Return and Exchange Policy
REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR CHANGE OF MIND
We offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items in original packaging, within 7 days of purchase. This is applicable only on necklaces and hair clips.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings unless they have a structural damage or fault to the product. Please choose carefully.
If goods to the value of over $75 are returned for refund or exchange, the customer will incur a $10 deduction from the total original invoiced amount to compensate for the original shipping cost.
We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR FAULTY GOODS
Should an item be received and deemed faulty upon receipt (unworn and unused), we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
If the item is determined as faulty or defected upon wear and within 30 days from purchase, please contact us to identify the nature of this fault and the preferred course of action you wish to take within the following options: repair, replacement or refund.
We cover the cost of the return of faulty good so long as a photograph depicting the fault or defect is provided along with original purchase receipt (via email) within 48 hours of the delivery of good or fault being realised.
